How does Ball modify the ETA?

ETA will be selling a declining number of movements to non-Swatch companies until they are relieved of the obligation in 2020. That means that a lot of companies will have to develop in house movements. Lots of people think that Ball has already done this, but this is not the case. Ball uses ebauches from ETA or Valjoux.

This is even more useful:

Ebauche manufacturers produce the so-called "raw movements" and sell them to watch manufacturers which build them into their watches.
The best known companies producing watch movements are: Other smaller ebauche makers include:

I am very curious if all these watch companies have stockpiled their ebauches. That would be a huge bummer for ETA, if they cannot sell their leftovers.

In my opinion there are enough other movements too choose from. Seagull is perfectly serviceable.
